Last year, I had attempted to make Hakka Noodles from the live session but I just fell for it... Not just me my entire family was in love and was just swapped the opportunity when Asian cooking workshop had come.. Almost all the recipe were tried... N one thing that my family forces me to make is the full proof receipe of Chilli garlic paste....yum yum yum.... Thank you Meg

All bengalis have some connect with China . the only other food we eat apart from fish is chowmein and fried rice. so it\'s a given that Asian food is the most loved cuisine in our household.I wouldn\'t say my knowledge of oriental food was limited, but taking this workshop enabled me to lift my skills a notch higher.

One of the best workshop i came across super varieties many new things to be learnt proper detailed notes… which is the key speciality of Megha to make things understand in a simple way the outcome which is always tasty yummy n worth to appreciate .Not only this but hve attended many of her workshops physically. I always struggled with Chinese from getting the noodles boiled right till the sauces . Meghna’s workshop not only corrected my technique but introduced new flavours too. Now I cook sumptuous Chinese every weekend at home
