If you’ve always admired beautiful artisan loaves but felt intimidated by starters, hydration, fermentation or all the conflicting advice online, this workshop is for you.
Over one immersive day, I’ll guide you through the complete sourdough process—from understanding your starter to mixing, folding, shaping, scoring and baking your own bread.
Every participant gets hands-on experience and works with their own dough, so you leave not just with recipes, but with the confidence to recreate everything in your own kitchen.
